Privacy Policy

sent4u ("we", "us") sells date-invitation links at sent4u.link. This page explains what information we collect, why, and where it's kept. We try to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you give it to us: leaving a review, claiming a link name, signing in, or checking out. We use it to let you sign back in without a password, show you the orders tied to that email, and contact you about an order or review if needed.
- Payment details — we never see or store these. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller, who handles your card details, billing information, VAT/tax and receipts directly. See Paddle's own privacy policy.
- IP address — we only ever store a one-way hash of it (not the address itself), used to apply rate limits against spam reviews and abuse. It can't be reversed back into your real IP address.
- Review content — the name, star rating and text you submit with a review are shown publicly on the site.
Where it's stored
Everything above is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (object storage and key-value storage), the same provider that hosts this site. We don't run our own servers or databases.
Cookies
We only set cookies that make the site work, never for tracking or advertising, and none of them can be read by scripts. If you sign in: s4u_signin while you're waiting to confirm (15 minutes), then s4u_session so this browser stays signed in. When you open an invitation: s4u_app, which tells our server which card the page belongs to (6 hours). We don't use analytics or advertising cookies of any kind.
Who we share information with
- Paddle — processes your payment and is the seller of record for anything you buy.
- Resend — sends the one-time sign-in email on our behalf, so it sees the email address you're signing in with.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the data described above.
We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service above.
How long we keep it
- A sign-in link works for 15 minutes, then it's gone.
- A signed-in session lasts 90 days from the last time you used it; after that you'd confirm by email again.
- Orders, reviews and claimed names are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email us at sent4u.link@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
