These terms cover buying and using a link from sent4u.link. By buying or using a link, you agree to them.
What you're buying
sent4u sells one-time access to a hosted date-invitation web page, in any of the styles listed on the site (such as Pixel, Pinky, WinXP, Petal Isle, Picnic, Heritage, Mission, Halloween or Halloween Night). It's a single purchase, not a subscription — once bought, your link works until it's shared, used, or (rarely) revoked as described below. You choose how many links of each style to generate, up to the number you paid for.
Paddle is the seller
Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller, not directly by sent4u. Paddle handles payment, receipts, VAT/sales tax, and billing support. Your contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle; these terms cover everything else — the product, how it's used, and support around it.
Accounts
Signing in is optional and free, and uses a link sent to your email to confirm it's you — there's no password. You can buy and use links without ever signing in; signing in just lets you see every order tied to that email in one place.
Acceptable use
- Don't use a sent4u link to harass, impersonate, or deceive someone into thinking it's from a different sender or service.
- Don't attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute a link you didn't generate for your own use.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or attack the site or its infrastructure.
We can revoke a link that's used to break these terms.
Availability
sent4u is a small, independently run service. We aim for the site and your links to stay reliably available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we're not liable for outages outside our control (including those of our hosting or payment providers).
Liability
The product is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
Matters relating to payment and billing are governed by Paddle's own terms, since Paddle is the seller of record for those. For everything else, these terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, where sent4u is operated from.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here.
